Bhavin Vaghela

Founder & Director

Bhavin founded Vb DMC Co. after more than fifteen years in travel spanning India, New Zealand and Asia — a career that started in hospitality and moved through agency retail, operations and logistics before arriving at destination management.

He trained in hospitality and hotel management in Ahmedabad and completed the IATA/UFTAA diploma in 2006, then moved to Auckland and took a graduate diploma in tourism management at AIS St Helens. Seven years across Auckland travel agencies followed, giving him a retail agent's view of what a DMC needs to get right — clear costings, fast turnaround and no surprises once a client is in the destination.

He established Vb2010 Group Limited in New Zealand in 2017 and added a diploma in supply chain and logistics from Massey University in 2020. In 2023 he launched the destination management arm that has become Vb DMC Co., now operating across Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines and Israel.
