Vb DMC Co. runs ground operations across 6 destinations exclusively for the travel trade — from our head office in New Zealand, our operations office in Japan, and a South Asia desk in India.
What we believe a DMC owes its agencies
A 24-hour answer to every brief. Net rates with no hidden margin on the ground. A named coordinator who never contacts your client directly. And honest operational advice — including telling you when a routing your client wants will not work well, before you sell it.
That last one costs us work occasionally, and we think it is the whole job. An itinerary that looks good on a quotation and falls apart on a side street was never worth winning.

Bhavin Vaghela
Founded VB2010 Group Limited in New Zealand in 2017 and launched the destination management arm in 2023. Fifteen years in travel across India, New Zealand and Asia — hospitality, then seven years inside Auckland travel agencies, then operations. Leads trade relationships across the group.
Uzma Kouser
Leads trade partner outreach and agent relationships across all six destinations, and runs the South Asia desk on India Standard Time.
Becky
Runs ground logistics inside Japan — coach and vehicle allocation, guide assignment, rail bookings, and the sequencing that keeps a multi-city itinerary on schedule.
Jason
Coordination during travel in Japan: supplier liaison in Japanese, same-day changes, delays and weather rerouting, and the point of contact while a group is actually moving.
Who you are actually contracting
Our contracting entity is VB2010 Group Limited, NZBN 9429045892981, registered in Auckland, New Zealand, with our operations office at 13-15 Kakinokizaka, Hashimoto, Wakayama 648-0097, Japan. We hold JATA Overseas Allied Member No. 43476 and are listed with JNTO.
Every one of those is checkable in a public register, and we publish them precisely so you can check. We would encourage you to do the same with anyone else you are considering — one useful piece of literacy is that JNTO markets Japan and does not license operators, so nobody can be “JNTO-licensed”.
Our trade terms are published in full rather than produced on request after a deposit.
Trade only, under your brand
We work with travel agencies, tour operators, incentive houses and corporate planners, and nobody else. We do not sell direct, we do not publish retail prices that would undercut you, and we do not contact your client. Proposals are co-branded to your agency on request.
Quotations are net and itemised, and returned within 24 hours. One registration covers every destination we operate, under one contract and one set of terms.
