Who we are

This site and the services described on it are provided by VB2010 Group Limited, trading as Vb DMC Co., NZBN 9429045892981, registered in New Zealand. We are a Overseas Allied Member of the Japan Association of Travel Agents (No. 43476).

Who we serve

Vb DMC Co. provides destination management services to registered travel businesses only — travel agencies, tour operators, incentive houses and corporate planners. We do not accept bookings from individual consumers, and registering an account does not create one for a traveller.

Registration

Registering your agency is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may decline or withdraw an account where we cannot verify that the applicant is a trading travel business. The details you submit are handled as set out in our privacy policy.

Website content

Destination information on this site is provided in good faith for trade planning purposes and is updated periodically. Rates, availability, entry requirements and supplier terms are confirmed only in written quotations. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

Quotations and bookings

Quotations are net, itemised, and valid for the period stated on the quotation itself. All bookings are governed by the written quotation and the commercial terms issued with your partner welcome pack, which together prevail over this page in the case of any conflict.

Liability

We operate with vetted, licensed suppliers across Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Israel and China. Our liability for any booking is limited to the value of the services contracted through us; we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disaster, civil disruption and carrier disruption. Agencies are responsible for ensuring their clients hold appropriate travel insurance.

Intellectual property

Site content, including destination material, is © VB2010 Group Limited. Agency partners may share our co-branded proposals with their own clients; republication of site content elsewhere requires written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
