What we collect
Trade enquiries submitted through this site — agency name, contact name, business email, WhatsApp number, country or market, and the destination you are interested in. For confirmed bookings, the traveller information your agency provides for operating the itinerary: names, passport details where required, dietary and accessibility needs, and travel documents.
How we use it
Solely to quote and operate travel arrangements: contracting hotels, guides, transport and venues; issuing documentation; and providing on-tour support. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or contact your clients directly.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers delivering the booked services — hotels, transport providers, guides — and only the fields each supplier needs.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. We do not run Google Analytics here, we run no advertising, and nothing on this site is gated behind tracking of any kind. If that changes we will ask for your consent before any such cookie is set, and this page will be updated first.
Processors
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes each request, including your IP address, in order to serve the page. Enquiry submissions are received into our own systems; email is handled by our mail provider.
Retention
Booking records are retained as required by applicable company, tax and travel-industry regulation, then deleted. Enquiry data that does not become a booking is deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Agencies and travellers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing info@vbdmc.com. You may also object to processing or ask us to restrict it.
