Who we are

This site is operated by VB2010 Group Limited (trading as Vb DMC Co.), NZBN 9429045892981, a New Zealand registered company. Contact us about anything on this page at info@vbdmc.com.

What we collect

Agency registrations and trade enquiries submitted through this site (agency name, contact name, business email, WhatsApp number, country or market, destination of interest and any brief you include) and, for confirmed bookings, the traveller information your agency provides for operating the itinerary: names, passport details where required, dietary and accessibility needs, and travel documents.

How we use it

Solely to quote and operate travel arrangements: contracting hotels, guides, transport and venues; issuing documentation; and providing on-tour support. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or contact your clients directly.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers delivering the booked services (hotels, transport providers, guides), and only the fields each supplier needs. We do not share your data with other agencies, and we never pass your client's details to anyone outside the itinerary they are travelling on.

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and our booking system, and processes each request — including your IP address — in order to serve the page. Registrations submitted here are written directly into our own database hosted on Cloudflare; they are not passed through a third-party form service. Email is handled by our mail provider. Invoicing is handled in Harvest, which receives an agency's billing contact but no traveller data.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. There is nothing to opt out of, which is why you have not been asked to. Cloudflare records standard server logs in order to serve and protect the site. If we add analytics later we will ask before loading it, and nothing will be set unless you agree.

Retention

Booking and financial records are retained for seven years as required of a New Zealand company under the Tax Administration Act, then deleted. Registration and enquiry data that does not become a booking is deleted within 24 months.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and equivalently for agencies and travellers in other jurisdictions, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@vbdmc.com. You may also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. We will respond within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
