Before you register
What does it cost to register?
Nothing. There is no membership fee, no annual charge and no minimum volume. We make our money on the programmes you actually book, which means we have to earn each one.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. Registering gets you rates and the ability to send briefs. You are not obliged to book, and there is no exclusivity in either direction.
Are your rates really net?
Yes. Every quotation is net and itemised by service, so you set your own margin and invoice your client directly. We do not publish retail prices and we do not sell to the public, so nothing we do undercuts what you sell.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Proposals are co-branded to your agency on request, and programmes are delivered under your brand throughout. Your client does not learn our name unless you choose to tell them.
Do I need to register separately for each destination?
No — one registration covers all 6. Japan additionally has its own site and team, but a brief sent either way reaches the same company under the same terms.
Who do you accept?
Registered travel businesses: travel agencies, tour operators, incentive houses and corporate planners. We are trade-only and do not take bookings from individual travellers.
